According to figures from the World Bank, only 2.35 percent of the population eligible for work are unemployed. But that's just one side of the story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:center\">About 2.4 million Filipinos work abroad. Part of the explanation for this must be found in problems of getting a proper job in the home country.
